This is a truly, magical place where peacocks strut, story-tellers recount and you're never quite sure what you'll discover in the forest.

Pirate ships, gang planks, rope ladders and bridges, vast climbing frames – everything a budding pirate or captain needs for a swashbuckling adventure and imagination-fueled playtime. Your only concern will be how to entice your salty sea-dogs back on to dry land to explore the rest of the forest!

Groombridge is home to The Treetops Walkway - the UK’s longest and highest standing over 20m above the forest floor. Thrill seekers can experience something truly magical as you climb higher and higher along the ropes into the tree canopy of the huge oak, pine, beech and chestnut trees which make up this ancient forest.

The Raptor Centre, based at Groombridge Place, is the largest conservation centre for birds of prey in the South East. Flying displays take place twice daily (weather permitting).

Also at Groombridge Park - Giant Swings, The Upper Boardwalk, Romany Camp, Giant Chess, Maze and lots more!
